Graduate Trainees
The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) invites suitably qualified and interested Graduates to apply for our organisation’s 12-month Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to provide trainees with industry experience, practical knowledge of working in the Fund’s different departments and equip them for their professional careers, further enabling trainees to extend and apply knowledge acquired in the course of studies. Successful candidates will join the Development Programme, under supervision, in the various departments.
The candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution, but preference shall be given to those with the following qualifications under the listed fields:

| 1. Actuarial Science | Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics of Finance, Computational and Applied Mathematics or equivalent. |
| 2.Information and Communication Technology | Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Information Security or equivalent. |
| 3. Accounting and Finance | Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Science, Economics or equivalent. |
| 4. Marketing | Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent. |
| 5. Human Resources Management | Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or equivalent. |

Applications with an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae, three traceable references, and certified copies of academic qualifications should be sent to recruitment@pspf.co.sz and addressed to Director Corporate Services on or before the close of business on on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.
Applications should clearly indicate the area of interest applied for in the “subject” box, for an example, “Graduate Trainee – Accounting and Finance ”. Please note that shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Should an incumbent not hear from the Fund within four weeks of the closing date of this communication, please consider the application unsuccessful.
